In most cases with Honda engines, it does not. The JDM wiring was made with the intention of the wiring entering the opposite side of the vehicle (Japanese drive on the right). The wires end up all being too short, thus useless. Ideally, it will recommended you use your stock wiring harness and make a few minor modifications.
