This is a Japanese imported transmission this compatible with your 01-05 Honda Civic. In some cases you may get an error code P0740 (Torque Converter Lock Up). The transmission will run and function 100% and we warranty the transmission but the North American computer sometimes will throw this code. Please make sure you are ok with this before purchasing.

This transmission is imported from Japan. It is interchangeable with few vehicles here in U.S. At times, you may have to swap over the sensors and solenoids from original transmission on to this JDM transmission to make it work properly. While we will do our best to assist you, further research may be needed to check compatibility.
