What cars does the K24 fit?

The K24 family appeared across the Honda and Acura range from 2002 onward. The most common donor and swap targets are:

K24A vs K24A2 vs K24Z

They are not interchangeable in spec. The K24A is the base JDM 2.4 found in Accord and CR-V applications. The K24A2 from the Acura TSX is the one builders chase — higher compression, better head, more aggressive cams and roughly 200 hp from the factory. The K24Z is the later generation found in 2008-onward Accord and CR-V models, with revised VTEC and a different intake manifold. If you are building for power, the K24A2 head is the one worth paying for.

What you receive

Engines are sold as a long block with the accessories shown in the listing photos. You will need to reuse your existing wiring, ECU and intake unless the listing states otherwise. Every unit is compression tested and the serial number is recorded against the listing — we send you photos and the serial before it ships, and you approve before it leaves the warehouse.
